When contacting Sedgwick, please ensure you:

  • State that you are insured under a Group Personal Accident policy arranged by Ratcliffes
  • Provide your policy number, shown on your Policy Schedule
  • Include details of the accident or incident, including dates and circumstances

Clear and accurate information helps Sedgwick handle your claim promptly.

Premium payment condition

Claims will only be considered where premium payments due under the policy have been paid from the commencement date of cover.

Supporting information and cooperation

To assess and process a claim, Sedgwick may request supporting information, which may include:

  • Receipts or financial records relating to the claim
