1. Log your claim

2. Information needed to present a full claim

To complete your claim, please provide the following details:

Incident details
- Date and time of the incident
- Summary of the incident
Supporting evidence
- Crime reference number (if applicable)
- CCTV footage, witness statements, or other relevant evidence
Engineer’s report (for damage claims)
- Assessment and repair estimate for any damaged items
Proof of purchase
- Receipts or documentation for claimed items
